This financial education and homeownership summit was held in the San Diego Community Concourse. Numerous financial institutions and nonprofit housing-financial counseling agencies gave information. There were education sessions on homebuying, credit management, and saving. The San Diego Reinvestment Task Force took the lead in coordinating this event. Housing Opportunities Collaborative gave information about various first time homebuying programs and about upcoming HOME clinics.
