Home Owner Mobile Education (HOME) Clinic at Church Hall in Heber, Imperial Valley, offering one-stop counseling for homeowners facing foreclosure. Over 35 persons attended educational sessions and 23 families received individual counseling with housing counselors, mortgage counselors, and volunteer attorneys. Congressman Bob Filner hosted this community service event.
