Home Owner Mobile Education (HOME)Clinic at the North Island Naval Base, offering one-stop location of counseling services for active and retired military homeowners facing foreclosure. HOC offered educational sessions on credit managementand the foreclosure & bankruptcy process. Over 125 individuals attended this clinic, and 76 families received one-on-one counseling.
