On March 28, HOC held its HOME Clinic # 34 at the Gloria McClellan Senior Center in Vista, CA. Over 115 persons attended the Clinic, as well as educational sessions on foreclosure prevention and on foreclosure and bankruptcy options. Over 53 families received individual counseling from HUD approved housing agencies. Over 31 professional volunteers counseled homeowners who are facing difficulties in making monthly mortgage payments. Information about local legal services, Fair Housing, FHA Secure, and other relevant information was provided to local homeowners
