On Saturday, June 14, 2008, at the Hall of Justice in San Diego, over 35 professional volunteers counseled 83 families having difficulty keeping their home. Over 101 persons attended the event. Members of the San Diego County Bar Association assisted with counseling the distressed homeowners. HUD approved housing counseling agencies and mortgage counselors reviewed homeowners' options. Fair Housing,FHA Secure, and other information were given to homeowners.
