HOC presented a HOME Clinic at Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, CA. Over 60 persons attended this Clinic, and over 31 families received individual counseling from HUD approved housing agencies, from volunteer attorneys and from mortgage counselors. Over 40 professional vounteers counseled homeowners who are facing difficulties making monthly mortgage payments. Information about local legal services, Fair Housing,FHA Secure, and other information were given to homeowners. Retired Bankruptcy Judge John J. Hargrove gave a presentation on the CARE program joined by Springboard consumer credit management.
