Home Owner Mobile Education (HOME)Clinic at Tubman Chavez Multicultural Center in San Diego offering one-stop shop counseling for homeowners facing foreclosure. HOC also presented educational sessions on Foreclosure Law, Consumer Protection Law, and Credit Management. 41 families received one-on-one counseling and over 100 persons attended the educational sessions.
