Home Owner Mobile Education (HOME)Clinic at Oceanside Library Community Rooms in City of Oceanside, offering one-stop shop counseling for homeowners facing foreclosure. HOC also presented educational sessions on Foreclosure Law, Consumer Protection Law, and Credit Management. 65 families received one-on-one counseling and over 100 persons attened the educational sessions.
