Home Owner Mobile Education (HOME)Clinic at Ronald Reagan Community Center in El Cajon, offering one-stop shop counseling for homeowners facing foreclosure. HOC offered educational sessions on TILA/RESPA, credit management, FHA Secure, and Bankruptcy Process. Over 125 individuals attended this clinic, and 62 families received one-on-one counseling.
