Home Owner Mobile Education (HOME)Clinic at the Community Concourse in downtown San Diego, offering one-stop shop counseling for homeowners facing foreclosure. HOC offered educational sessions on C.A.RE., TILA/RESPA, credit management, and Bankruptcy Process. Over 125 individuals attended this clinic, and 78 families received one-on-one counseling.
