On April 23, 2009, HOC participated in the 20th Annual Barbara Webb Career Fair/Expo which was attended by over 10,000 visitors, which took place at the Golden Pavilion at 202 C Street in San Diego CA, 92101. At this event, HOC had a booth to promote the HOME Clinics. Vino Pajanor, HOC's President and Executive Director was a speaker in one of the panels.
