On April 18, HOC held its HOME Clinic # 36 at the Scenic Valley Center Public Library in Valley Center, CA. Over 96 persons attended the Clinic, as well as educational sessions on foreclosure prevention and on foreclosure and bankruptcy options. Over 45 families received individual counseling from HUD approved housing agencies. Over 20 professional volunteers counseled homeowners who are facing difficulties in making monthly mortgage payments. Information about local legal services, FHA Secure, and other relevant information was provided to local homeowners. A customer satisfaction ratio of98% was achieved at this HOME Clinic.
